I had a great experience with Jose Heating & Cooling. Jose is very responsive, hard working, professional, and very reasonable. He was very easy to work with, starting with the quote, to scheduling of my furnace and AC install, to completing the job to my satisfaction. He is very thorough, installs to perfection as if this was for his own house, tests to make sure all is working, and cleans up before leaving. He helped answer all my questions and accommodated any requests I had throughout the install. It was also great getting to know Jose and Noah during the 2 day install. I highly recommend reaching out to them for any heating and cooling needs. Jose is trustworthy and reliable, which is hard to find these days.

We were at my mom's home on December 2nd in the Parma area and realized that the thermostat was not working. We really needed it repaired the same day. Called Jose and received an immediate answer and an appointment within 20 minutes of the conversation. Jose did not disappoint! Arrived on time, very reasonable price for replacing the thermostat. So happy and appreciative of the quick response and efficient work. I wouldn't hesitate to call again. Pleasure to work with! The community needs to support its small businesses, and this company is a really good one to start with!

He came out to fix our hot tub and did a great job for a great price. I asked a few questions about our thermostat, which was very old, and he took the time to explain what was going on with it. We were referred to Jose by a few trusted friends and neighbors who have used them previously. Hiring Jose to install our new AC and our high efficiency furnace was a no brainer. Jose is fairly priced, does great work and Jose himself (Alex) is kind, courteous and professional. Best in the business. 👍

Furnace stopped working during Christmas time. I called Jose. He came. Replaced it and did a great job. Definitely recommend.
