Please do yourself a favor and do not get a membership here. Yes, I know you'll get a resident discount blah blah blah but hear me out!!!! They have been under construction ever since I moved to Lowell and have closed down the garage basement and first floor. Throughout this, they have had the audacity to actually raise the price of the membership!!! Definitely not worth it and since they are located in downtown, there are always events going on and guess what? First floors are taken by visitors or blocked off by construction. This makes it harder for us 9-5ers, to come back home to park on the 5th floor....Also, out of the 2 elevators, only one works. Luckily, the workers are nice people!

I recently moved here from out of state into the Mass Mills apartments adjacent to the garage. I was told that I could get a monthly membership and discount if I showed my lease to the office. To my surprise, I was told that I would have to sign on to a waiting list. It worried me a great deal that I wouldn't have a place for my car. Patty(ie?) saved me. I signed up and she expedited the process so that I would have a place. She was kind and caring and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you, Patty 😊.

The worst government funded parking garage I've ever dealt with. Their operating systems (pay machines) are from Windows 7 (Windows 11 is the most modern) it is so old that Windows Help doesn't service this system anymore. The garage is falling apart with rotting pipes and floods everytime it rains. In 2024, it underwent renovations for like 2 months, it's 2025 and there are parking levels still out of service. They increased prices for this parking garage 2x since 2023. Where has the money gone?!?! They need to UPDATE THEIR PAYING SYSTEM WHICH MAKES MISTAKES OFTEN. Monthly paying customers have ISSUES with their system often. They are renovating their offices, which looked fine from a public perspective. Very frustrating experience.. I’m a student at MCC and I was told there would be someone at the kiosk to let me pass since there’s no need to pay. Obviously there wasn’t, even after I called for assistance 3 times!!! I eventually gave up, and decided to just pay the fee. I put on my hazards and also signaled for ONE person behind me so they wouldn’t be held up. My ticket got jammed and then someone decided to show up and immediately scold me, telling me to back up so I don’t hold up the line. What line ?!!! People can’t even use it anyway if my ticket is jammed for God’s sake, and my card STILL stuck in there! And she’s arguing back with me telling me that I have to do it anyway. It doesn’t make sense. It's s little rough. Only one elevator in operation during the Folk Festival. Not ideal. They DO seem to be found some construction, so hopefully the problems will be addressed.
