Rob Speck is awesome. My daughter was having mini split issues and he had someone out to look at it with in hour or two. I had tried a number of places and they wouldn’t even consider looking at it. When i contacted Rob there was no question. It was give me a little and we will have someone stop in to check it.

We had a furnace malfunction called multiple places and Berrena's was the first to call us back and we're here within 1 1/2 hrs. Rob and Dom were very thorough and very nice and easy to deal with.

Had an issue with my gas fireplace. Submitted an online inquiry which they immediately responded to. Greg was out the next day, figured out the issue and replaced the necessary part that day.
