I would not recommend this company for repairs. I thought at first they did a good job but two days later my refrigerator started leaking. I called them back and told Josh what the problem was He said it might be the guy didn’t check the drainage which that happens a lot of times the drainage will get stopped up due to the repairs that he made on my refrigerator. I paid $289 to have it repair in the part. So I asked Josh could they just come out and check that too and see if that’s the problem and if it’s not then just let it go since it could be their fault that my refrigerator is leaking since it never leaked until they fixed it supposedly fixed it. It started cooling again, but I kept having leaks from under my refrigerator water first it was dirty water that’s why I thought maybe it is

Called to get a gas burner fixed on Tuesday late afternoon and technician arrived at 10:30 AM on Wednesday and had the problem fixed in five minutes! Super responsive and great customer service by Andrew! Thank you, Josh! I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Josh’s Appliance Repair and wanted to pass along the recommendation. Josh was responsive, showed up when he said he would, and took the time to explain what was going on with the appliance before making the repair. Pricing was fair and there was no pressure or upselling. It’s always good to find a reliable, honest local service, and this is one I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to neighbors.

Josh was at my house within a few hours of my call. Very nice, and knew his stuff. Unfortunately the repair would cost more than we wanted to invest in the old fridge- but Josh was great. Explained what was wrong, and when it could be repaired if we wanted that. No pressure, just information. Definitely my go to repairman going forward. Thank you!

Josh's Appliance Repair cleaned out the dryer vent to our home. Our home dryer vent goes out thru the roof, not the exterior wall, like most. This makes it a little more tedious, and to complicate matters, our vent duct became detached at the roof. Josh's tech was able to thoroughly clean the vent and reattach what had become a huge fire hazard. They were prompt, honest, and friendly. The price was more than reasonable for the service provided. They came back to do some service work on my dryer, itself. I definitely recommend Josh and his crew!
