Joski Carpet Cleaning

This company very clearly doesn't understand the difference between pet damage and wear and tear from an improperly installed door. The apartment (run by Kos Management) I lived at for 7+ years is claiming Joski reported carpet damage that was "very clearly cat damage that was repairable". The carpet in question was directly in a doorway where the door was clearly rubbing on the carpet. This door was kept closed 99% of the time so there wasn't even an opportunity for cats to do any damage. On top of that the carpet is well over 10 years old. Disappointing that a company that seems to be relatively well liked would falsely report the cause of damage so adamantly to the landlord as to make a tenant pay for something that wasn't their fault.

Absolutely thrilled with the results! The carpet cleaning was done beautifully - stains I thought were permanent are completely gone. The team was punctual, professional, and treated my home with care. The attention to detail really showed, and the carpets look like new again. Our carpeting looks like new and it’s probably about 10yrs. old! They also do an excellent job of removing red wine spills🙄🍷. First hand experience!
