Quick to respond and very personable! He was able to answer extra questions about what he was doing and why and made the process of getting our flooring installed less stressful. He took the time to do high-quality work, making sure not to do a half-job or cut corners- (Pun intended) - and made sure the flooring ran seamlessly between rooms. . (I had to take screenshots from a video I had since I couldn't upload the video itself-sorry for the low-res photos!)

I don't even know where to begin with this review. I was 5 months into a full home remodel with another company and its suddenly went really bad. The contractor lost all of his good workers and in comes a crew of completely unqualified / unskilled people, who was destroying our home. We had to fire them in the middle of the project and if felt like we were living in a war zone. My wife found Journey Home Remodeling and Josh came over for a visit. He walked into a catastrophe and he was as calm as anyone could be. It wasn't the first time he took over a project and that helped ease our minds. Josh repaired and finished all the problems we had with the previous crew and and it look spectacular. He did the master bath / master bedroom, primary guest bathroom, my office, my wife's office

We hired Journey Home Remodeling, LLC, to renovate a bathroom shower. The old shower needed to be completely removed and an entire new shower built from the studs up. Josh was very careful protecting all areas not being renovated and was meticulous in cleaning up after each major demolition day. We challenged Josh by asking him to use sage green glass tiles in a herringbone pattern for the back of the new shower. These glass tiles require great care when being cut and the herringbone pattern required a large number of cuts. Josh did an amazing job creating the shower pattern, even carrying the pattern into an embedded shelf section. Josh is very skilled and does high-quality work. He communicated well and made it easy for us to live and work around him as he worked. We greatly appreciated
