Samuel, from JP Brett, just left my house after doing a service call. I couldn’t be more pleased with his explanation of what was going on with my AC system with his expertise and suggestions for my next service. Honestly, if more technicians were like this, the world would be a better place. I cannot say enough about Samuel and the fact that I am sitting now in my air-conditioned family room. I wouldn’t hesitate to use JP Brett as they have consistently been a very responsive company. I just called them this morning and Samuel was out here within four hours of my call.

Our HOA has used J P Brett & Sons, Inc. for annual HVAC service on multiple units, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. They are consistently punctual, professional, and thorough, and they take the time to explain what they are doing without pushing unnecessary upgrades or repairs. This company is by far the best to work with! Cody & Brady are super knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly. They always get the job done quickly and efficiently. They maintain over 20 systems for a church and school in downtown Naples where I manage the facilities. I highly recommend you call JP Brett before calling anyone else!

My ac was working fine until they serviced it today. They also said I needed to replace the entire system 8 months ago and it’s still working fine after getting it serviced by a company in Cape Coral. The only reason I had them service it today is because I already paid for it. They charge for 2 visits upfront.

JP Brett & Sons Air Conditioning sent service man Damian to provide my maintenance check. All service personnel have been great and the company/product is superb. But, I have to say that Damian was exceptional. Professional, prompt, timely, knowledgeable and answered all my inquiries. He explained what he had done to my satisfaction. What a nice young man! Even the office personnel are polite, friendly and handle my account proficiently. I requested Damian in the future because of his attention to detail.
