I had a furnace cleaning and some repairs and the service before, during, and after couldn’t be better… the technicians were professional, thorough, very friendly and knowledgeable and took time to explain their work and answer any questions,. Neat, clean, and excellent work, system is working perfectly! The communication before and after was excellent. They called ahead to coordinate perfectly and arrived on time. Very fair pricing and they answer all calls and will call you back with right away if you have after hours questions or need service. They clearly earned their high ratings. I've been using J.P. Dunn for 5 1/2 years to take care of my oil furnace and a separate propane furnace in a room above the garage. They have exceeded my expectations time and again. I really like that they are a family-owned business and are super responsive and friendly. They never try to sell me anything I don't need. I use them for the yearly oil furnace service and I usually get Ryan who is very knowledgeable and friendly. He really knows his stuff. Our 20+ year old furnace developed a noisy pump and they were out the same day to fix it. I had an issue with the blower in my propane furnace that turned out to be caused by "white dust" from my humidifier clogging a 1 month old filter. I can’t recommend JP Dunn enough! They’ve always been professional and exceptional, from installing my furnace, yearly furnace maintenance, to replacing my old oil tank after an unexpected leak. Just recently, I was having trouble with my heat and losing warmth fast. It was after hours, but James was able to come out within the hour! After replacing a part, updating my thermostat, and bleeding the pipes… I had heat within an hour. So grateful.
