J.P. Emerald Pool & Spa

J.P. Emerald Pool & Spa is a great and friendly pool service. Jose does a great job at keeping everything working properly and providing sound suggestions to keep the pool running at peak performance. He is willing to help with any problems or concerns at any time of day or night if you are concerned about your pools operations. After just purchasing our house our pool was green and needed some serious attention to get it up and running. Jose came out and immediately began treating the pool and followed up several times in the first week to get it clean and ready for my kids to use this summer. This is our crystal clear pool thanks to J.P Emerald Pool & Spa.

Jose and his team do a great job!! I built a pool in Navarre two years ago and he has taken care of it from the very beginning. I can always count on the pool being cleaned well and in excellent chemical balance. In addition, Jose also communicates very well, he always gives us a heads-up with his schedule via text messaging. He is proactive, too!... Last week when the temperature went below freezing, he made sure the freeze protect was active. As long as Jose is taking care of the pool, I feel very confident it will be in great shape for us.

First off, I apologize for not getting this review in sooner! Jose and team are FANTASTIC! I called them on short notice as I was going to be out of town for two weeks just after I had my pool resurfaced, and did not want organic matter to stain the new pool. The crew came by once a day to clean and skim my pool. OUTSTANDING customer service, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needed care for your pool. If I could give 10 stars I would!

J.P. has been taking great care of my pool for over a year and a half. They have kept my pool looking fantastic the whole time. Not only does Jose keep on top of cleaning and the chemical balance, he has also been helpful with replacing parts and equipment when needed, such as a new pump, timer, and pool light install. Anytime I have a question, he gets back to me quick and gets things done fast and reliably as well. I would definitely recommend J.P. Emerald Pool & Spa to anyone in the area.
