I can’t say enough good things about JP Plumber and Pedro. Over time, they have handled all the plumbing work in my home, including toilet replacements, sink upgrades, and sewer cleaning. Every job has always been done professionally, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. Because of that consistent quality, when my water boiler unexpectedly broke after more than 20 years, I knew exactly who to call. This was an urgent and stressful situation, but once again JP Plumber truly came to the rescue. Pedro responded quickly, arrived on time, and handled everything with professionalism and care. I can’t say enough good things about Pedro. He first came out the day before a major snowstorm when we were dealing with a frozen pipe. He was on time, professional, and incredibly pleasant. Not only did he find the frozen pipe, but he also discovered another pipe that had completely separated and was pouring water; something that could have turned into a much bigger problem. At the time, my family was already going through a really rough week, and Pedro was understanding, reasonable, and genuinely kind. He even recommended us to the water mitigation folks we used. Pedro has excellent communication. He came out same day for an urgent request and went far above and beyond what he came to do. He was excellent and very honest and even assisted me with things that I could potentially do myself. Do not think twice, you’re hiring the right person! He’s not just a plumber he acted like a consultant!

Pedro was the best! Our shower handle broke off and water was leaking everywhere. He was kind enough to come after hours to help shut the water off to that shower and the next day he had all the parts ready and was able to repair our shower handle/water leak for a reasonable price and in a short amount of time. He was also incredibly polite the whole time. He will definitely be our go to if we ever experience any problems in the future!

Our family couldn’t recommend Pedro and his team from JP Plumbing and Heating enough. They were the only team, after many who were able to diagnose a plumbing issue that caused water to go into our garage. They were informative, professional and helped to fix the problem quickly. We have since used them on a number of occasions including helping to repair and install a shower and new vanity in our bathroom.
