I just had a fantastic experience with JP Plumbing. Jai was professional, knowledgeable and reasonable while installing a new hot water heater. Before starting, he placed floor mats thru out the house, wore protective shoe coverings and cleaned up when the job was complete. During installation he took the time to take pictures of the old unit, so I could see the leak that was forming on top of the old water heater, saving me from a potential disaster! We recently used JP Plumbing for repairs on our heating system, including installing a new domestic hot water mixing valve and adding boiler drains. Jai, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through every step of the process. He explained the best approach for our system and made sure we understood exactly what was being done and why. The work was completed efficiently, everything is running great, and at last we have steady hot water!! It’s hard to find reliable, honest, and skilled service, but JP Plumbing absolutely delivered. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, and excellent communication. Highly recommend for any plumbing repairs!!

We are in the process of upgrading our home from 1 bathroom to 2, and this required extensive upgrades to everything from our sewer drain to the vent stack. Jai completed all these major upgrades for us at a reasonable price and in a short period of time. We are so happy and excited to move forward with our renovation, we couldn't have done it without Jai! He will be the first person I call for any future plumbing jobs, and I will recommend him time and time again.

I needed a new shower head and drain so I called JP plumbing. Jai was there on time and did beautiful work. I called again today when my water heater stopped working. He was able to change it out the same day and I couldn’t be happier. Polite and professional, definitely 5 stars.

Jai is amazing. Did troubleshooting on our garbage disposal before replacing it, and at a third of what another company quoted. Plus, super easy to talk to and work with.
