2 years ago, we decided to take down our very tired, old pool. With social distancing going on ( plus a big Birthday for me this year!) we knew it was time for a new pool. The process was a breeze and the job for this amazing team was completely brutal! These gentlemen were professional, respectful and very down to earth. They definitely went above and beyond! It was so joyful for me to watch the process, that I was moved to tears more than once. Hats off to JP Pools for your hard work, time and good company!

I should have lisened to all the negitive !! JPpools from plainville damaged my sidewalk they took a big chunk out and refused to fix , Paul said they don't fix damages that they made and hung the phone on my husband.

They replaced my pool liner the summer before this one. I thought they did a good job, until I opened my pool this spring and I have giant wrinkles all over the bottom of the pool, I’m talking sticking up a least an inch and they move. I called them SEVERAL times. They answered only once and said they would call me back, but said I probably should just replace it again. They never called me back! It cost a lot of money (+$2500) to have a new liner be good for 1 season. I highy suggest you go someplace besides JP pools

Have nothing but good things to say about Jp pools. John’s great and his crew were super polite and works hard and got my pool up really quick. I was at work and my wife was home and he did nothing but treat my wife with respect and kept us informed on everything. Definitely recommend these guys. Thanks for everything guys.

JP Pool knowingly installed my above ground pool liner over incorrect substrate causing leaking issues within the first year, and now will not back their workmanship. I've been calling them for 2 years with problems, asking them to back their work and fix my pool. I have been ignored, neglected, and fed the biggest line of BS, so they don't have to honor their work. After getting a second opinion from another pool company, I have decided to move on. DON'T EVER TRUST JP POOLS LLC!!! What adds insult to injury, is how the semi-retired owner John, spent 20 minutes on the phone with me bragging about how well his company did in 2020. That the COVID money they earned not only helped him to retire, but in his own words, "built me a brand new house, which I am sitting in right now!" This was duri
