I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, quality, and services provided by JPM Home Services. We contacted Jim and his team to do a complete bathroom remodel for our master bathroom. Throughout the design process, Jim and his team were able to make the layout and material selection process as seamless as possible. During the installation, all unidentified issues that required modifications to our original plan were addressed in a timely manner and the recommended solutions that Jim was able to provide ended up being even better than we had originally envisioned. The crew was neat and tidy throughout the process and acted with the upmost professionalism at all times. Would highly recommend this outfit for any and all general contracting needs. We just wanted thank JPM Home Services for our beautiful new deck. Jim and the team provided an extraordinary experience throughout the entire process. From the initial meeting/quote, to the county inspections, down the final product - everything was done professionally and meticulously. When I say meticulous, I really mean it. Fine details all throughout that you don't normally find in a project like this. We may not have a backyard but we have a beautiful new outdoor living space. Jim and his team were able to totally gut our upstairs bathroom that had a mold problem and assisted us to design and create a modern bathroom! They were all professional, friendly and clean… they laid runners to protect the rest of the house floors while completing the work. They offered suggestions in the design when we were uncertain and always listened to our ideas, making our vision come to life. The cost for the design was certainly affordable and reasonable. We hope to complete our master bathroom with Jim and his team next year!
