Great customer service. Alex kept us informed on everything. They even gave me a loaner car to use while my vehicle was getting repaired. I would highly recommend J&R collision to everyone.

I had a deer run straight into the passenger side of my door, causing a huge dent and some scratches. In the same week, someone swiped the front passenger side bumper and busted out my driving light! It was painful... since I had to file 2 claims to my insurance! J and R went above and beyond to ensure my Jeep was fixed fast, and even had a loaner car for me (free of charge!) Kory was excellent to deal with, very professional, and made the process smooth as possible. Through emails, we were able to set up everything needed. The total time it took for them was only 4 days! Bonus was when I picked it up, it was nice and clean on the inside and out, something they didn’t have to do, but truly stood out to me! Not happy. Hit a deer. Had to wait 2 weeks just to get the vehicle in. Now it's been over a month and it's still not ready. Waiting on parts that are backorded.. seems like they should use more than one supplier for parts. And they should stay on top of things. Every time I call. It's another excuse. They had to take it to the dealership to get sensors calibrated. But the body shop doesn't seem to concern when they will get it back. Plan on not going back there again if I need anything. They should have stayed on top of things instead of a whenever attitude. UPDATE... Found out they did not do all the repair. Scheduled it to go back in. Was told it would only take 2 days. Listen, no one wakes up thinking about needing to get their vehicle repaired. At least I don't. Twice now I have had to use J&R Collision Centers in Shelbyville IL. This last time was because someone backed into my brand new truck in a parking lot. Just to say I have used them twice is really saying something. The team is absolutely amazing! The Manager makes me feel like we have been best friends for years. I can't express enough how great this business is. Thanks everyone!

We brought our vehicle here after a fender bender. It ended up being totaled, but I was very impressed with the courtesy, professionalism and great communication that we received. I would HIGHLY recommend this place.
