Robert came out for my yearly tankless water heater flush. The service he provides is very professional and top notch. JR Plumbing did the same last year as well as working over my toilets. I want to give a shout out to JR Plumbing. I didn’t know that you should flush your tankless water heaters every six months to a year (first time home buyer). As I was building my garage gym, I noticed that the supply line had become calcified with a small leak. After doing research, I found a plumbing company in Richmond with great, AUTHENTIC, google reviews. They texted me within 12 hours and we set up an appointment for the following day. They were timely and professional upon their arrival. The job was affordable and done in a timely fashion. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Just had JR come out. They are a family operation, responsive communication and quick (same day) appointment. Alex and his associate were very friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns, and fixed the issue with a fair price. Most importantly I never felt like they are trying to squeeze as much money as possible like many other service shops. Will use them again for sure.

My water heater was not working properly so I turned it off. It was old enough to be replaced and not to be repaired. I noticed two employees of JR Plumbing at work a block from my home. I stopped to ask them about a timely replacement for my faulty water heater. After they completed their work the two came to my home. They took photos and discussed my situation with their supervisor. The two workers promised to arrive the next morning with a replacement water heater. They arrived exactly at promised time and removed my old water heater. A new water heater was installed. The JR Plumbing team worked efficiently with care. The work area was left clean and clear. I have hot water with no worries and no problems. I was impressed!
