We recently engaged the services of JR Pressure Wash and from the very outset we realized this was a first rate company. From the moment we spoke with Vicky on the phone to when Jared the owner came by, we realized they would be high on our list. They have a great website that explains their whole process. Jared came to us and spent at least 45 minutes further explaining how he would approach our particular job. He did use Google maps to get a feel for the size of the paver and brick surfaces we wanted washed, sanded and sealed, but also took more exact measurements on site for a more accurate proposal. This company was awesome and affordable. The owner is who came out to do the estimate and initial inspection. He was professional and caring to my concerns/needs not only personally but for my home. They were fast, efficient, and left no mess! When it came time to the service the servicemen were professional and kind and you could tell they used a teamwork approach. This company made the process easy with great communication and was honest in expectations. Excellent service! This company is extremely professional. Our roof was in serious need of a cleaning. The owner came out for the estimate and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism. The office was efficient and responsive. The cleaning guys did an amazing job and we're very thorough, even making sure to protect my landscape and plants! I'm looking forward to them doing our driveway over to repair the damage that somebody did well doing a lousy job sealing it!
