J&R Spray Foam Insulation

Great guys!!! Came in got the job done quick and easy. Preped everything and clean up after themselves leaving the place cleaner then how it was before they showed up.

We agreed on a price and installation date. They showed up with the wrong material and insisted I use the wrong product fiberglass vs the product I requested cellulose. They said they would return with the right product but never did bother to follow through...never called to reschedule ...never returned my phone calls. It seems as though they do what they want vs what the clients needs are. Alex and his dad Juan are very unreliable and unprofessional. Its disappointing to say the least. Never again.

Company scheduled an appointment with me said that they would spray on a certain date and then the day before the scheduled date they told me no because it was not new construction. I understand that if they only spray new construction that should be stated by their sales person. No fault of the company and I’m sure that they have do a great job. Just work on your customer relation. If you only do new construction you should state that upfront.

Great job, was done faster than I expected and for a great price. They were easy and great to communicate with anytime I had a question they were quick to respond. Would use them again if I need to.
