JR Water Well Service

I came home from a long hunting trip to no water. I called them, and they agreed to come out within an hour. Then, they called and talked me through a few things and helped me fix my issue over the phone. I offered to pay them, but they said they dont charge for helping people with simple problems. Next time I need well service, I'm looking forward to giving them actual business. Best customer service I've had since Covid!!!

JR came out on an emergency call and was able to get our farm well up and running the same day. His knowledge and experience saved us a great level of stress (manually pumping water in 90f direct sunlight is not ideal). Would recommend to anyone needing help with their well.

Judson has always and forever will be our water well service provider. He upgraded a nonworking well, when we moved into the property. We then, found another water well on our property that was never plugged by the prior owner. Judson put in the reservoir lines, pump, booster, etc, etc. Who came to the rescue ? Judson. Who knows my well equipment better than anyone ? Judson. Who knows how to repair equipment and when to replace it ? Judson and his son, Tanner !!! Let's not forget Tanner. This is a 4th or 5th generation of family name in the water well business in San Antonio. If you're moving any where surrounding the San Antonio area or your buying a ranch that claims they have all the upgraded equipment.......... yah, you better call Judson, before closing escrow and get the truth.

Great servic. Was here within forty-five minutes of the first call, diagnosed the problem with the pump, pulled it. Everything was done by 3:30 the same day. Would highly recommend.
