I was hoping to use a local company with good values. The technician who came out was not knowledgeable about mini splits. Took him 20 minutes with me helping him to just try and get the cover off of the computer board. He was unable to understand how it was put together. He told me they charge 135.00 an hour and that the system would have to be completely torn down and that they would also charge me 135.00 an hour for the travel time to pu the parts needed. So therefore if it took 2 or 3 times to pu parts I would be paying for the trips plus the time it would take to tear down the outside and inside of the unit. He was not knowledgeable, walked in our home from the muddy outside and never wiped his feet, was complaining as to where the mini split was located. Was wanting to charge 135.

Have had a crew working on site for the last several months and I have been very pleased with the quality of work. They work safely and never leave a message to be cleaned up. Highly recommend this company.

Have only been to the hardware store, have not used any services. Amazingly they always seem to have what I need, even for such a small place. Prices are a little high, but you trade that for the convenience and personal service.

Wortman is amazing! I had a pretty simple problem that honestly didn’t need a plumber to get fixed. They explained how to fix it in a very kind and nice way. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
