We lost power in several outlets and the restroom on the second floor of our 1910 home. Jake was eager to find the problem. He sent his lead foreman and another worker, Alex, and they also were not intimidated by the issue. After ruling out a few other possibilities, they were both willing to crawl around in the attic which has about 18" of blown-in insulation in it. In a very reasonable amount of time they located an old splice that needed rewiring. Voila! Problem solved! Everyone we dealt with was courteous, professional and efficient. Couldn't ask for more!
