I was devastated by a water emergency that completely destroyed the inside of my home. James and Renato walked me through every phase of the reconstruction. They gave expert advise on what products to choose and why, with assurance the final decision was always up to me as the homeowner. Once the project began, they and their teams were at my home almost every day of the week; they provided timely quality work and welcomed my questions and input. I contacted James the owner to to get an estimate for a bunch of projects that I needed done at home. James arrived promptly at the appointment time and walked the property and took notes on eveything that I needed. It did take a few weeks for me to get an estimate but I found his pricing reasonable and better than other quotes I had received, and I went ahead with the job. His crew showed up at the promised time and completed the work on time. James also connected me with a painter to get the deck painted. The painter arrived at short notice and did a clean job. James is resourceful and connected me with a cabinet maker and a plumber for some other projects in my home. Overall, James is personable and friendly and attended to all the things that needed to get done at my home.
