My family recently purchased a new construction home. We had a birthday party for our oldest daughter and locked the doors in the upper floor of our house so that the children would stay out of the rooms on the upper floor. After doing so, we realized the builders installed a door knob on my daughter’s room that was different than all the other knobs. Needless to say, we didn’t have a key and couldn’t access her room. Found JR on Google, gave him a call and he came out right away. He was at our house in 30 minutes. Friendly guy with a number of good stories, gave everyone a good laugh. Popped the door open right before my daughter’s bed time. Wasn’t cheap, but that’s fine. Would rather have dependable service. Will definitely reach out again if we need anything.
