unable to problem solve, unprofessional, unethical After 5 years as a loyal customer (company under different ownership during that time), it's unfortunate to have to write this review. During a large electric job, a stove top was placed under a new outlet. Carpenter recommended an easy way to fix this; JRS II said the new cabinets had to come down, the new drywall removed, the new insulation removed and all wiring redone. I repeatedly asked for another solution that would not cost time and money and was told there was no way. At a loss as to why, I called the electrical inspector who then spoke directly to the owner of JRS II and the simple, cost effective solution was only then completed (the same one carpenter had recommended that I was told was impossible).
