UPDATE NEAR THE BOTTOM!!! The good thing about this company is that they had been nice about things, and helped us determine if our carpet was good or not. They did ok removing BUT Watch the video 2 days of 3hours for one day remove and treat, 4 hours of work to remove and treat, then we get padded with equipment we did not need to rent, for 6 Days! Why? Why 6 days? As you can see in the video all we needed was more removal, the same equipment they could of just recommend us to get is about $150 for about a weekend from Acme. On top of all that The floors were not wet when we called them in, we had all the water issues taken care of before hand, all we needed was cut it off, sanitize, and see what the next steps would be. We are not happy at all on how this bill went, I expected $1000 no

K&S has been out to our house twice now to clean our upstairs and downstairs carpets and they have done a fantastic job! The previous owners had dogs and our carpets were smelling pretty ripe and were very worn down but they smelled and looked great after K&S was done. They recommended some sanitizing to kick the dog odor and it really helped. It's been a few months now and it still looks great and less matted than before. Thank you so much!

K&S Carpet Cleaning---Absolutely worthless! I had the house "professionally carpet cleaned by K&S Carpet Cleaners yesterday. Nice guys but they do absolutely %hit work. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I took my home carpet cleaner and went over it myself, left side of the comparison photo. Obviously waited a little too long to clean the carpet.

I had the carpets cleaned in my whole house in order to prepare it for the market. The carpets were soaked and were still wet 3 weeks later. One room in the basement had a pet odor and because the carpet was soaked the smell was 100 times worse. I rented a carpet cleaner and went over the room again. The water was black which makes me wonder if they even sucked up the excess water and dirt. After i cleaned the carpet and sucked up the excess water the carpet was dry in a couple days and the smell was gone. I paid $500 to have this done. I reached out to the company and asked if they were going to make this right. They have not responded. I believe that I have lost potential buyers because of the soaked carpet and the smell.
