J&S Heating and Cooling company. Save the day. On October 12, 2025, I arrived back from vacation and my heating system was malfunctioning. On 10/13/25, I called J&S and they came out the same day and fixed my heating system. With the change of seasons it’s important before the winter season kicks in that my heating system was working properly. Last year we installed a battery operated nest that was not responding to my app J&S located the problem right away and switched us to a traditional Honeywell thermostat And just like that we have heat again. Thanks

Very disappointing experience Steve came to repair my heat pump and spent a long time assembling and disassembling a perfectly working thermostat. He said he would order a new thermostat and install it for an extra charge “to troubleshoot.” He left without identifying the actual problem but still charged me $150. I called another HVAC company the same day — they located and fixed the issue in just 10 minutes for half the price. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of competence and professionalism. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for HVAC service and not relying on those perfect 5-star reviews.
