No one could solve the problem. Jerome was completely different. He came out, carefully assessed the situation, climbed into the attic, showed me exactly what he found, explained everything clearly, and created a solid plan to fix it. He started delivering results on day one. He truly treats you like family and finds solutions where others can’t. Professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Jerome and his son were a pleasure to have into my home. They did a full, thorough inspection and gave me a much better insight into the risk my home may present in the future, while simultaneous informing me that the issue I had presumed to be major, was actually quite minor.
