JS Septic

We had a septic clog with water backing up into the house. My wife called for an emergency service. The tank was pumped and extra work was done to find the source of the clog. Quality job and the price was really reasonable. We'll definitely call again for future service.

I recommended JS Septic Services to a friend based soley on the Google reviews, since I didn't personally know anyone in the biz locally. Breaker was tripping and tank alarm going off. Josh and his team showed up promptly and pumped out both tanks. Seeking to learn more about septic systems, I hung out and asked 100 questions at least. Josh was highly professional, polite and experienced. We condemned the pump and his team replaced it 2 days later. Bottom line, they show up promptly and get the job done professionally. My only dig is that I felt the all-in price seemed a bit high...but then that's my fault for not asking for an itemized estimate ahead of the job...so I really have no factual basis for that comment apart from observed retail price of a replacement pump. We had an emergency and he was the only one willing to come on a Sunday. Was out here within an hour. Did a great job, super nice and is extremely reasonably priced. We are switching to them from now on. Highly recommend!!!!

My septic pump went out at 1am on Friday morning. I was able to get the new pump installed with family help, but couldn’t find anyone in my area (Newberry) to pump my tanks for the next week. I just had the tanks pumped earlier this year, but sludge was stuck to the bottom and that company didn’t bother removing it. I was beating my head against the wall and didn’t really want or need to pay for an emergency service; then someone referred me to JS. I called late Friday afternoon, tanks were cleaned bare before lunchtime on Monday. Should’ve just called them from the jump to do the pump too and saved myself a lot of aggravation. Guys were awesome and the best price I’ve found so far to get my 1500 gallons pumped out!

Quick service, excellent communication, very professional, and cares about customers! If I could give 6 stars I would! Will definitely be calling JS Septic for all my future needs!
