⚠️ PSA ⚠️ I have the 1 star to be able to write this post. If you have septic tanks and need cleaning DO NOT USE JS Septic on Bertrand‼️ The owner is unprofessional and will try and will raise his prices to his convenience. Mind you I used this company 2 times before. The first time was fine and the second time I had some issues. I called again a few days ago because this was the only company near me that I knew of. When asked about pricing over the phone, he said that he would have to come look and quote me. Je has been here twice and on top of that he has been working in this field for years he should know how much he charges for a 500 gal and 100 gal tank. Justin and his technician Do you know? came out on a Friday afternoon before Labor Day and pumped our tank in an emergency situation and were prompt, courteous and super knowledgeable we would recommend them to anyone! Also knows about wells which we needed advice on.

Efficient, polite employees. The cleanest work ethical employees I've ever seen. I have a septic system and picky about who and how a company works at my home. Prices are reasonable. This company also has other services they do.

Very satisfied with the service of this company! Called early in the morning and they showed up the same day to clean my septic system. Workers were fast and efficient. Owner is very friendly as well.
