Thursday night, we had a clog and the water wouldn’t drain, so it started leaking all over the basement. We called first thing Friday morning at 7:30am. Jake and another gentleman came out within a couple of hours and got to work right away. They quickly diagnosed the issue and cleared it out. They could’ve stopped there, but they went above and beyond - they ran a camera through our pipes and found the real culprit. They also gave us a preventive solution to help avoid or minimize this from happening again. They even spotted a dip in the pipe that should’ve been higher for proper drainage. In June, JS Septic & Sewer came to my home and pumped out the septic tank. I had this done previously (8 years ago) by a company that I was not happy with. I found JS Septic & Sewer in a local Adirondack newspaper last summer. From my first phone call, I was impressed with JS Septic. The woman at the office (Julie) was very friendly and helpful and answered the questions I had. I phoned on more than one occasion, and also spoke with John who was similarly helpful in answering my questions. Part of the problem was I wasn't sure of the exact location of our tank. The two man team who came (again) answered my questions, located the tank immediately and pumped it out. This is an amazing company! The previous homeowner and house inspector couldn't locate the septic tank. J. S. Septic found it in less than 30 minutes. They arrived early and were very respectful.
