If you like being overcharged for hours after the engineer leaves, then this is the company for you. We were charged for 3 hours after the engineer left, their office when we contacted them were rude and arrogant. They stand by their hours despite showing security video showing the engineer leaving with his tools. Certified mail to the company go unanswered, phone calls are filtered, faxes are ignored. They have no intention to make good on their billing 'mistake'. Think ten times before contacting this company. I wish I had seen all the other bad reviews of their attitude before contacting them. I would have saved myself a lot of money and trouble.

Called for a consultation and was transferred to a manager who was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Asking for an estimate does not merit sarcasm, or condescension. The website claims that 95% of their business is repeat customers. With managers like the person I spoke to that claim is difficult to even imagine.
