The service technicians have been friendly and professional, we have however recently had a very negative experience with the company as a whole. 2.5 years ago JS Watson installed a completely new a/c system for our home. They gave us three options: good, better, and best. We went with the “best option” they had, paid accordingly and they completed the install with no problems. We have used them since then for preventative maintenance as well as service for another unit we have. Now the bad experience happened over the last few days. On Christmas night our 2.5 year old A/C unit failed. We waited until the 26th and called for service. A technician arrived and stated the blower motor was bad, but he had the part and could replace it. He replaced the motor with one he had and bolte
