My son just bought his first house. He came home late on a Friday night, and his furnace was not working, with negative degree wind chills, and snow coming down. I called 3 companies that said they were 24/7, and was told they would contact him sometime on Saturday. I got ahold of J. Shaw, and you were on your way with in a few minutes. Got it fixed quick, and at great price. Nice to know when you advertise 24/7, you mean it!! We highly recommend you. Thank you so much!

Our furnace made a crazy weird noise and Jeff came out same day and diagnosed it. We came out lucky with a minor repair but it was good to have him come out as quick as he did as it was 4 degrees the night before and we have a family needing heat. I highly recommend this company!!

So, as luck would have it, my furnace quit. NO heat....I would like to thank you for your prompt response to my families need. I am a recent widow, raising grandchildren and since my husband, Clint, past away, have to really watch expenditures. My grandson, who is taking HVAC at Hillyard Technical school this year, with the assistance of his instructor, attempted to deduct the cause of our failure. possible Gas Valve failure. Called your company this morning, explained what my grandson had tried and deducted as the issue possibly... Lilly, was so very nice and pleasant, and was able to have a technician come and check our furnace. The promptness was amazing. Such a great company! My heat went out last winter (in the middle of blizzard season 2024) they were the only ones that were willing to crawl in my crawl space same day. After looking at my antique system, they gave me an easy way to get through until I could afford to get it replaced and only charged service fee. 😮Fast forward, got my antique replaced along with my air conditioner. I also had my furnace moved to the main floor. I got several price qoates. Several companies said not possible, few priced it astronomical but J.Shaw gave the best prices! The crew was super respectful and did the work in the time they said! So very impressed with them and their work! Can't thank them enough!!!

I want to give out a huge gratitude shout out to J Shaw Heating and Cooling. They saw my posts on a couple Facebook pages and got ahold of me to fix our heat. Not only did they come to see what was wrong with the heat but ended up fixing it at no charge to me or my family as well as got both my kids a Christmas present. They went above and beyond for my family and I am super thankful for that. God works in mysterious ways and I believe god brought them to us when we most needed it.
