I have a 115 year old old colonial home, Joe has safely navigated many complex wiring tasks to modernize our wiring and fixtures using his decades of experience. He also serviced exhaust fans rather than automatically replacing them resulting in a savings. Joe has wired NYC subway track, so he can definitely wire my home and rentals.
