They don't care what gets covered with the hydroseed mix. My windows and screens are covered in it. It's INSIDE the screens. My patio and siding is covered. My patio furniture, grill and patio garden are covered. I don't have access to a water hose to clean the absolute mess they left. They also got it on my car!!

I reached out to JT Lawn this spring for a number of services as my family had just moved into a new house. We ended up having them install an irrigation system, a dozen trees, and sod - along with some landscaping around a trampoline area. Every part of their service has been excellent! The team came out and did an initial grade prior to the sprinkler system going in, then the crew came and installed the irrigation system itself and setup everything along with the app so I can control it from my phone. In fall 2024, I contacted JT Lawn Service about multiple tall fescue grass spots in my lawn. I spoke with Ryan, who arranged for Devon to assess the situation. After walking my lawn, Devon confirmed they would spray the fescue, then remove the dead areas to add new dirt and seed. Devon sprayed the spots in October 2024, but two weeks later, they weren't dead. I informed them, and Ryan said if they didn’t die by October, they would respray in spring 2025. The spots eventually died after 3½ weeks, but with snow expected, Ryan and I decided to complete the job in spring 2025. When spring arrived, they came later than expected. Two workers dug the centers of the dead spots, leaving grass circles while adding dirt and hand-seeding. I advised them to consult Ryan or Devon due to their deviation

I was unaware of the sign stating the grass had been sprayed as it was facing away from where all the pet owners in the community enter. I requested they have an additional sign posted but my request was denied. This speaks volumes that they only care they covered their bases with one sign. I understand money is tight for everyone but one additional should not significantly cut into margins. If anything, they should be baked into the cost of such services. My dog is known to sniff and nibble grass every time we approach any pet area.

Half of these pictures are 10 hours apart from the others. Contracted for snow removal where I live but can’t seem to actually remove the snow. Thanks to jt’s I got stuck yesterday TWICE trying to go to work and come home from work. Apparently they think it’s professional to push all the snow into the middle and leave it. The entire parking lot is like this for multiple places owned by the company I rent through. And this is the second time this winter this has been done. I don’t pay $1100 almost a month to get stuck AFTER the snow removal company has come through. The emergency maintenance for my apartments also was not happy and offered to come get me unstuck. Thankfully we got it out ourselves. Not that hard to do the job correctly. No on was in the way for that snow to be pushed. The c
