Dominic Gaitan was our service technician. He was on time, courteous, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He fixed our furnace problem and serviced our heating and air cooling system in addition to our 2 Mini splits. He tested our system for CO leaks. He stayed late to finish our work and see that we were safe and well taken care of professionally. The price was great, especially when the twice a year service package was added. I do recommend Veteran Owned HVAC, and we really appreciated having them honor my husband's service to his country. Seems like a very nice group of people with an excellent business.

I just want to say that we had the greatest experience with J&T Veteran Owned HVAC. Dominic is awesome! He was very polite and respectful and he let us know what was going on every step of the way. We needed our whole unit replaced and he had to crawl in a small crawl space under our apartment to replace parts. He worked his butt off and I'm so very thankful for his hard work. If you're looking for a company for your HVAC needs, definitely call them!

This was one of the best HVAC companies that i have worked with. Dominic was professional, always arrived when he said he would. The service was hands down amazing. He was able to save me thousands and bring back a unit that I thought was unable to be saved. Now we have a unit that is not going to burn the house down and it quieter than even some newer units out there. Thank you so much fir everything. I look forward to having future service.

Dominic was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and has great customer service. He cleaned out our furnace fan since we didn’t know the last time it was cleaned. He also recommended that we have our ducts cleaned which we just scheduled. I highly recommended Veteran Owned HVAC and will call them when it’s time to replace the furnace.

Dominic was my service tech that came out. First off, great guy. Very friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly and I value this next part above all, when he didn’t know something he called the boss to find out instead of making something up or guessing. I respect the willingness to say I don’t know and to go find out. The work was smooth. He got right to business testing out all my temps and pressures. Diagnosed the problem and got right to work fixing it. Prices for the service call and the work were fair and reasonable. I will recommend them to anyone and they have earned a repeat customer for any of my HVAC needs in the future.
