I contacted Jimmy with JTG Company to change an outlet so I could plug in my new Tesla. After reviewing the photos I sent, he kindly explained that the items I purchased were not suitable and guided me on exactly what I needed instead. Jimmy was honest, patient, and never tried to pressure me into unnecessary work or changing my entire panel. His customer service and genuine desire to help truly stood out. I have great respect for his professionalism and look forward to working with him in the future. I would definitely refer him to anyone in need of a trustworthy electrician.

These guys were easy to work with and gave me a free estimate based on pictures I sent over. I wanted them to replace a ceiling light with a fan light in a tight stairwell. The pricing was very fair, and we were able to get on the books quickly. I really appreciated that we set an appointment time instead of a range, and they were on time! Jimmy and Connor did a great job, were extremely courteous, conscious of my pet, and cleaned up after themselves. In fact, Jimmy vacuumed all of my stairs! Absolutely will be using JTG again, and will recommend to friends.

We had JTG Electric install permanent holiday lighting on our home, and we are stunned! JTG Electric arrived on time. The job was to remove four fluorescent tube light fixtures in the garage and replace with four different light fixtures. The job took about four hours. That included cleanup afterward, both in the attic and in the garage, and a mid-job run to a parts warehouse. Both electricians were friendly, respectful, and professional. Any property that they moved was put back after the job was finished. I would hire JTG Electric again in the future.

During my storm preparations for this current winter storm, I discovered that my generator cable (discontinued SMECO Genrlink) was incompatible with my house connection. I called at 7PM on a Friday, they returned my call quickly, they didn't have the connector in stock, asked if they could reach out in the morning to some peers to see if they had it. Unfortunately, they didn't either, but they came out Saturday morning and wired in an interim solution. Problem solved! I will have them come back out when I get the part in. They were so responsive and professional, they will be my first call when I need an electrician! The wife is already lining up projects! Big thanks for fixing me up so quickly!
