Called with some bad power issues from plugging in a auger that caused some shorting, a flipper that remodeled my basement horribly. They were able to come out quickly, super responsive, were able to locate the problem and fix a possible fire hazard, repaired a few outlets that were done with wire taps.

I'd say not to use them, but they'll never call you back so even if you want to have them do a job, you can't.

I called several times to get a quote on a residential job and was told each time I would receive a call back. Never got a call.
