Do NOT do business with JTPR Construction! I was promised that my bathroom remodel would take only 6 weeks, but it wound up taking over 6 MONTHS to complete! This is unacceptable. Joel uses sub-par undocumented subcontractors and pays them in cash under the table to keep his costs down. For this reason he can’t keep his subcontractors on staff and constantly looking for new workers who are un-reliable. Even his workers complained to me about how Joel treats them. The plumbing in my bathroom sink is off-center with the faucet and drain. Joel installed a sheet mirror that I purchased and told me to remove the tape after 48 hours. Not recommended. This company has extremely poor communication, planning and follow through. Was promised 4-6 week kitchen renovation no problems. Four months later, we had to terminate services because progression halted and project is half finished. Work that was done is very nice- that was never an issue…but I would STRONGLY advise not to work with this company unless you don’t have a time limit. wish we would’ve seen more reviews before hiring- but their credibility didn’t drop till we were already too far in. Owner is Joey Tilley and Project Manager is Joel Wood.

One star is too high. I suggest looking at Yelp and BBB for accurate reviews. Beware: zero quality control, faulty design and construction, unskilled workers who sat around on phones at least 1/2 the day, that is when they showed up at all, and no integrity or willingness to work through the challenges despite what the frontman, Joel might promise when put on the spot. At least 10 times, Joel promised workers on site “if not Monday or Tuesday, then at least by the end of the week.” But I soon realized, he had no reliable pool of workers, and weeks went by with no progress. Eventually Joel sent out a couple of people to insulate and drywall the back wall, only problem was the room had open cut outs for the windows and door, everything was exposed to the elements. This company did our full interior and exterior renovation of our home back in 2015. They were very professional and did an amazing job. My wife and I enjoyed working with Joey and the crews he used throughout the process. His prices were fair and for the quality of work they did, we were more than pleased. Can not recommend this company enough.

We really can’t say enough great things about JTPR Construction. Joel and his crew were quick to respond and really seemed to care about our needs and concerns. From protecting our carpet to ideas on flooring and tiles and colors the entire crew really seemed to care. Which really put us at ease during the stressful tear out and remodeling periods. But mainly, after all is said and done, our bathrooms look great! All lines are level and straight and all the combos of them really came together. If you ask me, it really was worth updating them and I was skeptical, at first! If you’re looking for someone that cares, responds and gets results. You’ve found them!
