I was extremely impressed with Juan's Tree Service! I really don't get why they have so many negative reviews. I had to have 5 trees removed, and their quote was by far the cheapest I found. The crew was all very professional, polite, and made sure everything was done according to my needs. They even hung up a tree swing for me, which I was really pleased about! The team worked extremely well together, and got the job done in just over a day. If I ever need trees removed in the future, they'll definitely be the first ones I call!

I highly recommend Juan’s. I had a massive tree that was starting to die. One large branch had already broken off and almost caused damage to the neighbor. They had the best price and responded quickly to make sure it would not cause any more issues. They not only cut the tree down lower than what I thought they could but also had it finished, hauled away, and cleaned up in a very reasonable time frame. Good quality work!

Juan’s removed a large tree from my parents roof after a tornado. The cost was reasonable, the team was professional, and the service was outstanding. I can’t express how much I appreciate what they did for my family to help us move past these hard times.

We used Juan tree service for 5 yrs now, but since Juan stepped down the services went from fair and reliable service/pricing to overpriced and show up whnever they feel like it without contacting you. Last quote we got they came out and told us they could start within 2 weeks so we agreed. 6 week later they started without confirming or contact us and asking if we still wanted them to do it. So after starting without our knowledge the missed a tree that was in the quote and called myself & wife a liar because he didn't know what he quoted 8 weeks before, which wasn't until he looked over the paperwork and acknowledged he was wrong but never issued an apology (very unprofessional). My advice is to get a quote from them and have other reliable lawn service companies bid against them.

Nice enough at initial meeting and estimate for service. However they are extremely hard to contact buy phone. Phone rings forever no message option. After three days no call to schedule, I quit. The only reason I didn't give a bad score was because I watched them work next door. They've got the men and equipment and do good work. I just wish their office was not so unreliable.
