If you are veteran, service member, especially then one who have issue with cognitive skills or person with disabilities I absolutely do not advice to use their service. Their service is almost borderline scam, and they tack on charges for "sevices" that could be anything from standing outside of your house and do nothing to just walking around the house and "charging for their time with you". Just look at the reviews of their customers who got charged for "diagnostics". As in just have one of their employees show up and twiddling with their thumbs outside or inside your house and charge for it. I called Judson Irrigation to show me how to winterize the sprinkler system. They talked nothing about charges. All I asked was to show me how to winterize it. Their tech showed up. Seemed like

I would have appreciate some insight into pricing when it comes to them just coming to provide a quote. They do not discuss those rates unless you specifically ask for them when scheduling. Understood, even when just getting a bid those, individuals should be compensated - just would have appreciated that information when I scheduled the appointment not six months after when I receive a random invoice.

Judson went above and beyond! I called late on a Friday for sprinkler parts, and even though they were about to close, he stayed late so I could get what I needed for my weekend repair. He took the time to teach me about my sprinklers and set me up with exactly the right parts. Friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping customers. Thanks, Judson!

Called because of a leak in the valve system. Was told it would be 2 1/2 weeks before they could come. Called another and had excellent service the same day. We’re done with Judson’s.

Be prepared to be charged $74 “service charge” just for the tech to come to your house even if it’s in town. Then another $146.00 hr which is prorated in 15 mins increments. Then parts on top of that. So 20 mins of work plus a $32 new sprinkler head totaled almost $188. Won’t ever use this company again.
