I own the bald beaver lodge out of Big Falls. There is not many people around and I needed to get my guest cabins septic steamed before guests came because it froze up. There is one person in International Falls, but he wouldn't do it. Juelson's came from a longer way, but understood business and that I needed it done before guests came. They had to do this twice and both times asked when I had guests coming and letting me know they would get it done before they came. Great people to work with and I highly recommend them. Very nice and professional.

Tom came by last fall to repair our old forced air unit in our shack… turns out it needed a new board so not a cheap repair but Tom was great to deal with. Fast forward to this morning and our unit was blowing cold air. Called to see if a tech could make it over (Saturday) and I briefly explained the issue. Instead of making the trip over Tom was able to help me figure it out on the phone in about 10-15 minutes. Can’t say how much this means to me as a customer. Keep up the good work and I appreciate everything! We are staying warm now

I had symptoms of pipes freezing. Then some water leaking out of my softener onto the floor and steps inside my garage that led inside. Very professional and informative. Great personality with both individuals. I was rather embarrassed about my ignorance on the matter but he put my mind at ease and let me know how things worked. Very pleasant experience.
