Julian did my SOD and a paver patio in the backyard. Some of my neighbors had recently done sod lawns from other guys. Theyre yards look good but quickly grew weeds and nutsage. But my yard does not have these problems because Julian knows which grass to choose. For me he used Palisades Zoysia. They removed my old concrete in the back and put down really good looking pavers. He also fixed my leaky irrigation system and put new sprinkler heads. He kept recalibrating them until the irrigation was as close to perfect as possible. I started my project with another company but I quickly fired them because they were not professional. Julian is totally professional and is an excellent value. I would highly recommend Julian to anyone needing landscaping and hardscaping services.
