Juliano's Pools

Keith Croft has been one of several Juliano's pool technicians servicing a new pool to me for the last 3 years we have enjoyed the pool. Keith is very knowledgeable regarding the pool equipment and thorough in his cleaning. He is very efficient, but most notably very open to answer my questions and concerns being a fairly new pool owner. I am always happy to see when he is the Juliano's technician sent out for our weekly cleanings, as he is very personable and does a fantastic job. Today he was kind enough to replace a skimmer basket that a prior technician had banged against the rocks in order to clean it and chipped the top edge of the skimmer basket very badly. I hope to see Keith from Juliano's servicing our pool most weeks of every summer going forward. Thank you Keith!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT GET THE POOL OPENING SERVICE!! We were charged $425 for them to drop the pool stairs/railings in the pool and drop off 2 chemicals, that we dumped in the pool ourselves or could have picked up when we were in the store. We tried to call the store and let them know that $425 for a service they told us would have our pool “summer ready” was not completed and the water was green. They agreed and said Shaun, our pool tech has had complaints/issues in the past and that the store manager, Lauren, would give us a call. We called 3 times and Lauren never called us to this day. Juliano’s has been our pool company for several years. From office staff to service and pool cleaning staff they are very professional. They attend to our needs immediately. Keith has been our most frequent pool cleaner. His weekly visits have kept the pool spotless and his knowledgeable answers to any questions have made us informed decision makers. We look forward to his visits to our pool. Juliano’s has provided us with services including safety cover installation, a pre-opening, opening, closing and repairs. Whenever we call, Pam and Loren make us feel like personal friends, not just customers. We have been very pleased with their responsive and excellent service.
