Julio was a nice guy and his services were just as good. The team showed up and they got to work fast and efficiently. Not much to say because they were so good.

Julio got the job done in one day and on new sod. He and his team were polite and professional. Julio went above and beyond by temporarily providing us an irrigation timer until our wi-fi was up and running. His team then took the time to help me set up the automated system. Highly recommended.

Solid team of people. Super friendly, reasonably priced, and extremely efficient. They came in cheaper than the competition, and I don’t see how anyone could have done a better job. They definitely set the bar. Also, I’m pretty sure Julio gave me a couple extra sprinkler heads in my planter beds just because he thought it would work better. That’s just the kind of guy he is. Will definitely be coming back to him for my other properties at some point. Thanks!

We have used Julio for 2 different homes and he has done sprinklers systems for hundreds of homes in Potomac Shores. He is responsive, prices are fair, work is high quality, they take care of your yard during install. 100% would recommend. UPDATED 4/23/24: Again - this company is the best. Flagged him down while he was in the neighborhood to resolve an issue from a fence installation. Problem solved lickity split.

Julio's Irrigation is the BEST!!!!!! This review should have been written ages ago, but that is why this review weighs so much more than any other written already. We had Julio install our multi-zone sprinkler system back in 2018, after researching and interviewing multiple companies/recommendations, etc. Julio not only came in the most competitively priced, but he also was the most forthcoming and honest with the work that needed to be done. Installation was managed/overseen by Julio himself. His team worked quickly and efficiently through the installation. Julio explained everything that was installed and gave thorough instructions on how to use the system.
