I had for 2 months been arguing with the gas company concerning my high gas bills at my office. They kept telling me the meter was not faulty and everything was fine until I told them I was smelling gas. I had a problem with sewage backing up in our drains in our tubs and toilets. Julius was always respectful of myself, my time, and my money. He was straight and honest with me telling me exactly what the problem was and what options were on the table. That has certainly not been the norm in my experience which was incredibly refreshing. He also told me what he would do in my position even it was cheaper option for me which meant he would in turn earn less. I can’t thank him enough for his hard work. Even in this extreme heat he was very efficient and friendly to boot. When I have any problems in the future with my plumbing, even I have to wait, he will be my first call. 😊

We had some major plumbing issues at our house and Julius helped us in a big way. We had a plumber come out and not do a good job. When we told Julius what the other plumber said about our situation, he told us to call the city and cspire to make sure they didn’t drill through our connection. They had, so it was on them to fix it. He saved us thousands where the previous guy was going to charge us to do it. We still had issues after the sewage connection was fixed and he took care of us there too. He is the only plumber in Cleveland I would trust now.

I highly recommend Julius Voss Plumbing. Mr. Voss came out on a Sunday morning - my sewage was backed up inside my house, in my bathtubs and toilets in 3 bathrooms and none would flush. He came out promptly and rodded out my sewer line with a rotar rooter, and got my drain unstopped. He was prompt, professional, efficient and his prices are very reasonable.
