Jumper Electric did an excellent job of explaining how the GENERAC Generator worked and asked the right questions to make sure that I would get the right size generator to power my whole house during a power outage. There has been a power outage at my home since the generator was installed and it did a perfect good of powering up my home until the power came back on. The men that installed the generator did a fantastic job, a very professional job of installing the generator to my existing electrical in my home. The installation was clean and professional and they did a great job of not only installing the generator but cleaning up the work area. We are in the middle of an ice, sleet and snow storm, power is out everywhere. My whole house Generac generator has been running for a solid 12 hours now. I am warm and comfortable. Jumper electric was very professional with quote and installation of our Generac. The installation was done in a manner exhibiting professional caring and courtesy. The crew was not only knowledgeable , but after installation the grounds of our property showed no disturbance and actually looked better than before installation. They tested the generac before leaving and all has been good. Would highly recommend jumper electric.
