I found an item on FB Marketplace, submitted the form on their site, and Norma got back to me and scheduled us within just a few hours! Communication throughout was truly seamless. The Junk & Bulky Item Taxi team truly know what they're doing and how to keep everyone involved, in the loop. Alexis and Juan picked up, carefully wrapped/packed/secured my item, transported and delivered in such a timely manner. Not to mention, with great attitudes! Being kept in the loop by providing ETAs and sharing their location was so incredibly convenient. I can not recommend this team enough. I will reach out again and again for any bulky item transport needs and HIGHLY recommend that anyone choose to work with them.

I literally could not have completed my move without Alex’s help! His communication was excellent — he even called me the day before our scheduled meeting to confirm and gather some basic information. None of the other three companies I scheduled did that; instead, I had to call each of them to confirm. Alex showed up on time every time, and he was quick, efficient, and friendly. He even disassembled a storage shed in my backyard and took it to my brother’s house in Apple Valley as a separate service. Alex and company did a great job helping me transport my Facebook marketplace scores to my new apartment. They did all the heavy lifting, fought LA traffic, and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

We called on a Saturday morning, Norma was friendly and helpful. We asked for an estimate, she said she would check and call us back in about 2 hours. She called sooner than that. Gave us a quote and we arranged a time for pick up. They arrived on time, they were friendly and took everything and cleaned up the little scraps. It was a very fair price, much less than I was expecting. We would definitely use their services again!
