I can begin by saying the experience was positive from start to finish. Owner Gary answered the phone promptly and courteously on my first call, and scheduling was easy and convenient. Gary snd his helper Austin arrived the day of service exactly when they said they would and where professionally dressed. They asked specific questions so they fully understood the task and then gave me a concrete and free estimate before beginning the job. The price was reasonable and I felt confident based upon my experience up until this point that they would do a good job. And they did. I would absolutely use Junk Express again and recommend them to anyone needing this service!

They were very pleasant, accommodating and dug right in to get it done. Easy appointment process. I appreciated this as I had a Horrible experience with The COLLEGE HUNK organization. Made errors three times in appointments then when I got upset the canceled me and left me with all my Junk in my driveway for days! These guys were great!!

They arrived on time, were friendly and professional. They cut up and removed an old jacuzzi for us and did it in about 1 hour. They left the room that the Jacuzzi was in looking better than it did before they arrived! I would DEFINITELY use them again & highly recommend this business. It's great that they were local.

Arrived as scheduled, texted 30 minutes prior. Clean and super polite. Introduced themselves and gave me a quick quote before loading everything and heading out. Definitely use them again if I had a need!
