William and his crew impressed me right off the bat by showing up on time and neatly dressed. They continued to make a good impression by being consistently pleasant and polite…and even going an extra mile for me: When I suddenly remembered I’d wanted them to remove an old appliance—after the truck was already full—they cheerfully rearranged things to make room for it. William had disclosed his very reasonable pricing up-front and there were no unexpected, add-on charges. Junk Lord is a highly-professional, trustworthy company. I’d hire them again.

Highly recommend!!!! Anyone looking to do a clean out. These guys are lightning fast, the most reasonable I priced, and such nice guys. Not only did they get everything out they moved a piece of furniture as well as boxes and bins and carpet to my basement storage area. They took great care with our stuff and took their time but still got everything done in 45 minutes. It was a half load! Highly highly recommend.

We had a pool table we needed removed from our basement. The guys were great, they kept everything clean and protected our floors. Everything was done within an hour. Really appreciate how fast and efficient the team was!
