A great overall experience with this company. Daisy was friendly, responsive and helpful setting up the appointment. On the day of arrival, my schedule was tight and I contacted them to see where they were and if they could arrive any earlier. Nick kept me in the loop and was transparent about the situation regarding the appointment before mine and although the crew showed up a little late, I was informed and knew what to expect. Mike and his crewmate were pleasant and helpful and the quote I received was exactly as stated. They did a nice job cleaning out the house. Thanks

Dina and Nick were both great to work with. We had a complicated boat removal that got done because they worked to make it happen. Nick is so patient and conscientious. Together their professionalism, customer service and reliability made our project a success.

Absolutely the worst!!! I had a long detailed conversation regarding the job. I was clear that I needed the entire house cleaned out. The crew packed the truck as 'lightly' as possible, charged as much as possible and then offered to return with another truck. While I am aware I was given a 'quote' I provided very detailed information as to the size and quantity of the furniture removed and had I allowed another truck to come it would have been MORE than double!!! I am out $1,200 and still have 2 entire floors that were not touched. The crew threw bags of trash containing glass, causing the bags to break leaving glass littering our property. Unprofessional SCAM!!!!!!!! The positive reviews are CLEARLY employees!!!!

Carlos and Louis went above and beyond in helping with my furniture removal from my apartment. They were professional, kind and extremely efficient. I will not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to my friends and family because of them. A company is only as strong as the people they employ and these guys are tremendous assets to your team! Give them raises!!!

First told they would be here from 3:30 to 5:00. I called to tell them I was in front of house waiting. Then at 4:30 they said 5:00 to 6:00. At 5:45 they said 6:00. I told her this was not my house and I had to go to the new apartment. The receptionist told me to talk respectively and hung up. Then she called to say the truck broke down. 5 minutes later a man called to tell me they would be here at 6:19. I called her back to tell her and she said she had no idea who that was. He came. My original quote was $339. but 1/2 of items were picked over. I said $150 was fair and he gave me the argument that it costs him to drop it at the dump. My neighbor thought $150 was fair and we decided on $200. It was very hot while I was waiting 3 hours and the quality of service was poor. I would truly gi
